Welcome to Gezzly ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Luchianenco Labs. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together follows:
- Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
- Contact Data: includes email address.
- Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
- Usage Data: includes information about how you use our website, products and services.
3. How We Use Your Data

4. Analytics, Monitoring and Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers to understand how Gezzly is used, to improve our product, and to detect, investigate, and fix technical issues.
PostHog
We use PostHog to analyze user behavior, track feature usage, and improve the overall user experience. PostHog helps us understand which parts of our platform are most valuable to you. For our users in the European Union, PostHog is configured to host data within the EU to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count how many people visit our site and which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not store any personal information. Visitors remain completely anonymous.
Sentry
We use Sentry for application error monitoring, diagnostics, and service reliability. When an error or technical incident occurs, Sentry may process technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, request metadata, page or endpoint URLs, error messages, stack traces, and, where relevant for debugging, limited account identifiers associated with the failing request. We use this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing, maintaining, and improving Gezzly.
5. Cookies
You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this website may become inaccessible or not function properly. 6. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
7. Your US Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months.
Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, certain uses of analytics and advertising cookies may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law. You may exercise your right to opt-out through our Cookie Manager or by contacting us.
Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response email or contacting labs@luchianenco.dev with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal".

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We generally respond within 45 days and, where permitted by law, may extend this period once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary.
Categories of personal information we have collected in the preceding 12 months: identifiers (name, email, username), internet or electronic network activity (browsing history, interaction with our Service), and geolocation data (IP-based). We share this information with service providers (PostHog, Vercel, Sentry) as described in Section 4. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at labs@luchianenco.dev. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
9. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. Our Service currently does not respond to browser DNT signals. Global Privacy Control (GPC) support may vary by browser and context in our current implementation. You may manage your tracking preferences through our Cookie Manager at any time.
10. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, and applicable legal obligations. Account data is retained for the life of your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
